Q: Is the kitchen fully equipped?
A: Yes, kitchen is fully stocked with dishware for 18, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, pots and pans, casserole dishes, platters, cookbooks, silverware and dishtowels. An array of stock spices and a complimentary bar is included. Stove has built in grill plus there is a propane grill on main deck off kitchen that we supply propane for. We also supply Towels, bedding, and garbage bags for the outdoor cans. You will need to buy groceries, tolietries, indoor garbage bags, paper towels, detergent and toliet paper to last throughout the week.

Q: What is the bedroom configurations?

A: Ground floor bedroom has king and queen bed in a large bedroom that has divider walls with pocket doors, sleeper sofa, triple bunk beds in family room. Full bath on ground floor.

Master bedroom is on main level and has queen bedroom and full bath-handicap shower accessible with walk in closet. Laundry room is on main floor off kitchen

Second Floor has two bedrooms both with queen beds in each room. Full bath on second floor.

Recreation/Billard Room has futon sleeper sofa

Q: What activities are there for guests to enjoy
around the house?
A: The home comes with a Hot Tub overlooking waterfalls, fire pit, horseshoes area and a Game Room which includes a full size pool table, foose ball table, and popcorn machine with popcorn. There is wireless DLS in home as well as three cable TV's, books, cards and board games.

There are hiking trails and ATV trails right out your back door. Horse back riding is nearby as well- see links section for more info

Q: Are there local restaurants and grocers nearby?
A: Yes, you will find a good Itailian restaurant and a steak house within a 3 mile drive. There are shopping plazas with drug store and grocers within a 3 mile drive as well. You are in the town of Chatsworth which offers all the local amenities of a small, quaint mountain town. You can also hire your personal chef for a special dinner or brunch who will cook in your cabin whatever you desire.

Q: How does the check in process work?
A: Your local rental manager will meet you at the home, give you a tour of the home and answer all of your questions. Plan to call your rental manager an hour before your plan to arrive in Chatsworth. You will receive keys to your mountain home when you arrive.

Upon checkout, just leave keys on kitchen counter. Cleaning Fee is already included in your stay. Your home will be clean when you check in. We ask that you leave it in the same condition you received it in. Sheets and towels are to be left in bathroom when checking out. Gargage is to be put in Storage
building and shut tight ( we have bears at night!)

Q: Is smoking permitted on premises?
A: Smoking is permitted outside only- 20 feet away from any door, windor or entrance to the home. There is plently of outdoor areas away from the home. Any violation of the NO SMOKING RULE will result in a immediate eviction, for-feiture of damage deposit and a lawsuit! We will not tolerate any smoking near home nor butts thrown on ground.

Q: Is there a Fire Pit?
A: There is a fire pit overlooking waterfalls. Adult supervision is required at all times.
Burn only firewood provided in fire pit. It is against the law of Georgia to burn leaves or brush because it can start a brush fire easily.
Do not light fire pit if windy and always keep water bucket and hose nearby. FIRE MUST BE TOTALLY PUT OUT BEFORE LEAVING AREA!

Q: Are there fireplaces in home?
A: Yes, the main living room has a gas ignited fireplace- just push the buttom and have a fire.

The ground floor has a log burning stove. Firewood is supplied. Use ONLY the firewood provided please.
