Instructions
Please fill out the form below, and click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the screen to send us your request. Then go to MAKE DEPOSIT page to hold your reservation. If the dates you have requested are not available, your credit card will not be charged. Please read our policy below before making a deposit. We offer trip cancellation insurance and highly recommend it should you need to cancel on short notice. Trip Cancellation info is on Links Page.

TERMS AND CONDITONS

A minimum $750.00 Rental Deposit is required to reserve your stay and is deducted from the rental price. The total rental payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival date along with the Pet Fee of $125.00 if applicable. Pet Fee is not refundable. You will receive a written contract 7 days before your Final Payment is Due via email. Contract must be signed and faxed back 60 days prior to arrival along with payment in full.
NOTE: We will not send any additional reminders that your final payment is due other than you 1st Confirmation Letter that states the date final payment is due and your Rental Contract. If final payment is not received within 60 days of Check in, your reservation will be cancelled and deposit money will be forfeited.

A "Security Deposit Waiver Fee is due when signing the rental contract and can be secured with a credit card number in lieu of payment. Security deposits waiver fees are nonrefundable. Any damages to home, personal or real property or missing items in the amount of $250.00 will be paid by charging your credit card. Security Deposit Waiver covers you up to $250.00 for any damages or missing items.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND NEW HURRICANE POLICY:

For all cancellations: Deposit will be forfeited. (Rebooking for a alternate date up to 1 year will be permitted in lieu of cancellation). Any additional payments and Pet Fees will be refunded in full. For Cancellations after 60 days prior to arrival, rental deposit plus 75% of rent will be retained for cancellations between 59-31 days prior to arrival. No alternate rebooking permitted.

NO refund for cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival and the Deposit will be forfeited. Pet Fee will be refunded. No alternate rebooking permitted.

We highly suggest that you purchase "Travel & Hurricane Insurance" to cover unexpected cancellations due to unforeseen situations like illnesses and adverse Weather. Go to our " Trip Cancellation Infomation Page" to read updated Policy on vacation rentals and get a instant online quote.

If you refuse Travel & Hurricane Insurance, you will be required to sign a "Waiver of your Rights" to rebook due to illnesses and or Adverse Weather. However, we will still honor rebooking of your vacation for up to 18 months for any Mandatory Evacuation of the area due to adverse weather and for Hurricane without insurance or if the home is rendered inhabitable for any reason.

NO REFUND POLICY UNLESS CANCELLED 60 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE. FOR RESERVATIONS WITH A CHECK IN DATE OF LESS THAN 60 DAYS, FULL AMOUNT OF RENT IS DUE TO SECURE RESERVATION. NO CLEANING-NO PET FEE
